Traditional maintenance services
Working with our wide range of networking equipment partner suppliers, TNP can provide the usual range of traditional break-fix hardware and software maintenance, including manufacturer support. We can offer either parts to site or include an on-site engineer service. We can also offer either normal business hours cover or you can utilise the services of our 24×7 network operations centre (NOC).
Engineering support services
If you just need some advanced technical support from time-to-time, then our call-off engineering support services may meet our requirements. TNP can provide on-site and remote technical support on a call-off basis. Our CCNP, FCNSP & JNCIE qualified engineers can be called upon to assist you with complex issues, this can be accompanied by a 24×7 SLA where required.
TNP’s Remote Moves/Adds/Changes (RMAC) service can help a stretched IT department to do more. Purchased in blocks, they allow an organisation to call upon TNP engineers to undertake configuration changes and network engineering services. Simple change = 1 RMAC, or more for a more-complex requirement. TNP can either place a small remote access box at your site to facilitate access or can work with you to utilise whatever remote access methods you have available.
